Things are a Changing Around Here

Notice anything new?  Lovely new header thanks to Rosey Rebecca‘s friend RavenAstoria created.  It is so perfect and so me.  If you need a new header check her out!

I’ve been blogging for a little over a year since and it’s only getting better!  The CDNY girls are just rocking my world.  Coffee shops take on a whole new meaning now.

Jen is Green!

Until now I’ve been surviving with my work computer but longing for a personal computer.  Tonight Hunni and I decided the time had come.  I got a computer and he got a game…perfect compromise. So happy I almost broke into it at dinner.  😀

I look dementedly happy!

I waited (impatiently) until I got home.  Better than Christmas for sure.

Then the frustration set in.  I don’t know what I’m doing AT ALL.  I have been so conditioned to my work computer I don’t even know where the keys are.  Peanut could care less.

This guy became my knight in shining armour.

He’s pretty clueless with computers but wants me to take the day off tomorrow and just play around with my new “toy”.  Yeah Hunni!  I think there shall be dinner involved in a reward.  Perhaps more polenta 🙂

While I work on my little corner of the blog world there are some awesome things going on in other parts.

Katy is a social media guru who created #fitblog on Twitter every Tuesday at 9PM.  It is a fast paced awesome ride to meet new bloggers and talk about awesome fitness and blogging topics.

Roni is doing Fitbloggin’ 11!  I’m super excited for this because I’m going and it will be my first conference.  Now I have to wait until May 😦  So worth it though.  Can’t wait to see who’s going!

I need a good night’s rest to prepare for my blog crash course tomorrow.
