Note to Self

These last two weeks are crazy busy and the gym may not happen.  But it’s okay.  Lifting huge boxes of food and carrying 100 cans of gravy and moving trash bags full of toys counts as a great workout.  You burned 200 calories doing that and some yoga.  Be proud of that and get back to the gym after the nutzo days end.  You won’t fall to pieces.

    You are doing a great job juggling all the balls in your life, remmeber it’s okay to give yourself a break once in awhile. You’re still kicking butt 🙂

    You’re doing amazing things. You’re doing beautiful work through the Lord. Remember it doesn’t matter if you work out to him..it’s how you serve.

    Exercise comes in all forms. Embrace the opportunity to move your body! Don’t beat yourself up over not going to the gym.
